Last week Will Davey, VP of Product Management and Design, worked with a talented crew of producers to craft a series of instructional videos for how to use ZipThaw and ZipSleeve.

The goal of the project is to educate distributors and end users around the world by making them comfortable with ZipThaw, which is incredibly easy to operate. ZipThaw also comes with a user manual and soon, a quick start guide.
