FreMon Scientific announces the appointment of Thomas A. Rosenbloom as President and Chief Legal Officer.
He will serve on the company’s leadership team, reporting directly to CEO Dr. Farideh Bischoff.
Mr. Rosenbloom’s experience includes over 11 years as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of CYS, Investments, Inc., a multi-billion dollar NYSE specialty finance company where he had significant operational, board, and business development responsibilities and helped grow a $100M private mortgage-REIT into a $2.7B+ NYSE-listed company. Mr. Rosenbloom served as an integral contributor to significant growth at CYS through its IPO and follow-on equity offerings. He provided exceptional oversight and management of an extremely active and engaged Board. Prior to CYS, Mr. Rosenbloom spent more than nine years as a partner at Foley & Lardner, where he had a corporate, securities, and M&A practice. He brings over 30 years of experience working with entrepreneurs, founders, and growth businesses to FreMon Scientific.
Mr. Rosenbloom is a founding Director of FreMon Scientific, having served as a pre-incorporation advisor to the co-founders Fred Thacher and Moni Shavit.

Mr. Rosenbloom earned his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law.
