Please see the attached letter as notice to all ZipThaw users, including distributors, that all of our existing and remaining ZipSleeve inventory is moving from a 5 year expiry date to 7 years.
Enjoy ZipThawing vital blood products while knowing the ZipSleeves have a very long shelf life.
Letter states:
Distributors and Customers,
FreMon Scientific, Inc. has completed the process of accelerated aging and related testing,
to document a new ZipSleeve expiry date, extending out to 7 years from the current 5 years.
(Add 5 years to the original label date on the individual ZipSleeves)
The current inventory of ZipSleeves has the original 2-year expiry date printed on them. The
month will stay the same, and the year will change, currently 5 years total, will move out to
a total of 7 years.
Consider this letter to be a formal announcement of the new 7-year expiry date.
All inventory of ZipSleeves will now have a 7-year expiry date.
Please retain any ZipSleeves Lot #s which may have expired or are close to expiring at 5
years, as these are now good to use, now that the 7-year dating is implemented.
Going forward, all ZipSleeves 10-packs will have a new sticker applied to the red box, to
alert users to this change to a 7-year expiry date.
